Stimkit II The Pulsar

I've been using cheap TENS units for my electrical play and decided to bite the bullet and order the Pulsar along with the 48" tri-phase cable. It arrived early last week and I have done three sessions with it so far. Believe me when I say this ain't no cheap TENS unit. All of the tens units have limited frequency and pulse width and power output available. I had NO idea how good E-Stim could feel. There's a whole new world out there beyond the 150 Hz of most TENS units. The frequency control is a 10-turn pot and that makes honing in on just the right frequency really easy. The ranges of the other controls makes it easy to find just the right combination of settings for a mind blowing HFO the likes of which that I never experienced with a TENS. Simply flipping the lead reverse switch is a whole new feel. Output power a-plenty. Using TENS I could generally top out the power setting after 10-15 minutes and then got bored so I thought I could take a lot. The Pulsar has a pulse width adjustment that when set to maximum I couldn't stand the Output Intensity setting much past half way. Battery life is also noteworthy, after three sessions averaging about two hours each I have yet to charge the batteries, I'm using 2400mA/Hr Nickel- Hydrides . Price- a bargain considering what I've spent over the years on stuff that was just little more than cheap rebranded chinese TENS units. I give it 5 stars. Jim *Verfied Purchase (22 Jul 2025, 15:58)
